I. GREAT ALOHA RUN 2016

The Great Aloha Run is held on Presidents' Day, February 15, 2016 at 7am and is an 8.15 mile course from Aloha Tower to Aloha Stadium.

Our Honolulu CC Walk-In Flu Shot Clinic is being planned to be held once again in late September 2016. It is convenient for our students, employees and we welcomed others to join us as well.

TB & MMR Health Clearance

Q: Where do I turn in my Health Clearance documents? I remember bringing them to the Health Office in the past.

A: All health clearance related inquiries should be sent to the Admissions Office at 845-9129 as they are now responsible for these records.

Q: Didn't the Health Office provide disability accommodations in the past? Where do I go now?

Rights

  • Patients shall be treated with respect, consideration and dignity.
  • Patients shall be provided appropriate privacy.
  • Patients may request communication of health information in a manner that best ensures confidentiality.
  • Patient disclosures and records are treated confidentially, and except when required by law, patients are given the opportunity to approve or refuse release of their record. Patients may request restrictions on the uses or disclosures of their information, and request an accounting of disclosures of their information.

Blood Drive

Couldn't donate before due to tattoos, piercings, cancer or a heart or lung condition or being on certain medications?

YOU MAY be able to NOW SAVE 3 LIVES!

NEW GUIDELINES starting April 1, 2014 enable some to be able to donate now.

Tattoos done in State-regulated facilities are acceptable providing they are healed.

Medical Care

The Health Office does not have a physician or nurse practitioner on staff that can prescribe medications or conduct treatment beyond the nurse's scope of practice. For physicals, serious health conditions that require immediate or urgent medical attention and TB testing or MMR immunizations, please contact your personal medical care provider or view the options in the "referrals" section below.
