FACULTY DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY EVALUATIONS
Many workshops, seminars, presentations and other activities sponsored by the Faculty Development Committee are planned for each academic year.
Faculty Development Meetings are held during the early part of each month and are open to all faculty members. Often these meetings will be held in a different location each month, with a short tour of the location to be offered with the meeting. Please contact the Faculty Development Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out information on upcoming activities and the location of the next Faculty Development Commitee meeting.

The mission of the UH Manoa Assessment Office is to improve student learning through academic program assessment. Assessment is faculty-driven and faculty-supervised. It is a collaborative process that includes faculty, students, staff, administrators, and others. It involves establishing student learning outcomes, measuring/observing and documenting the extent to which outcomes are achieved, findings ways to improve, and implementing improvement plans.
The Assessment Office
The University of Hawaii at Manoa Office of Faculty Development and Academic Support (OFDAS) provides instructional and professional development activities and services for our UHM faculty and academic staff colleagues. In addition, OFDAS provides opportunities for faculty members to participate in an array of instructional and curriculum development activities to improve teaching and learning on the Manoa campus. Feel free to contact them to find out how to participate in their professional development activities.
