Academic integrity is essential to the meaning and mission of the University of Hawaii Community College System. Although no set rules or professional statements can neither guarantee nor take the place of a faculty member’s integrity, the University of Hawaii Community Colleges believes in the adoption of the American Association of University Professors Statement on Professional Ethics, which clearly states the commitment to ethics of the Community Colleges’ faculty members.
