University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Student Housing
University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Student Housing has limited space for community college students within the UH system after first accommodating all Mānoa applicants. Students must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program and be registered for a minimum of twelve credits hours while in residence.
Robello Suites is next-door to our campus on Robello Lane, right behind Bldg. 14. Newly renovated, fully furnished (all new), and fully equipped kitchen/dining area, coin-operated washer/dryer, and WIFI Internet. Separate male/female floors, common kitchens and bathrooms. Double rooms start at $575/month. Limited private rooms start from $850/month plus tax. Fee includes all utilities such as electricity, water and WIFI. Daily rates available. Application and set up fee $50.00. Rent is payable monthly. A one month deposit is required. A one-time common area maintenance of $100 will be deducted from deposit when checking out. Reserved tenants qualify for airport pick up. Additional Fee required.
Near bus stops, restaurants, Costco, Best Buy, supermarkets, and the Liliha public library. Downtown Honolulu, Dole Theaters, Ward Center and Entertainment Complex, Ward Warehouse and Ala Moana Center are minutes away.
