A college credential for students who have successfully completed designated short-term credit or noncredit courses which provide them with job upgrading or entry-level skills. Credit course sequences shall be at least 4 and less than 24 credit hours. To be eligible for the CoC, students must maintain a grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 ("C") or higher.
