#Quality Matters: Best Practices for Online Courses Workshop
Introduction
Quality Matters began with a small group of colleagues who were trying to solve a common problem among institutions: how do we measure and guarantee the quality of a course? In 2003, the Quality Matters program was created to offer a scalable process for course quality assurance. Today, QM is a nationally recognized program that has trained thousands of educators to produce quality courses. This workshop covers information on QM and offers a guideline of strategies for instructors teaching online courses.
