Research
I am in the process of researching the different education methods used in the Cosmetology Industry.
Service
1) College Service; I have sat on numerous committees, and in addition to screening committees. I have chaired many DPC and TPRC through out my years of service.
2) I have also worked with Windward Community College in fund raiser event for TRIO and with there productions of Phantom of the Opera, Hairspray, and Les Mensural at Paliku theater.
3) I have helped out Saint Louis High School’s production of “Hairspray”, Sacred Hearts Academy production of “Frozen”.
Professional Activities
I belong to CEA (Cosmetology Educators Alliance) There is a three day intense training done each year with over 800 Cosmetology Educators come together and learn the latest in education methodology and networking.
I am an Advisory Board Member for RICO (Regulated Industry Complaints Office) for the Barbering and Cosmetology Division.
