Fashion is a highly dynamic, exciting, and growing industry. This program is “designed” to give you the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this field.
About the Program
In our Fashion Technology (FT) program, you’ll learn the basics of clothing construction, industrial sewing, pattern making, textiles, textile art, fashion sketching and design, computerized grading, and marker making. You’ll learn through both instructional theory and hands-on practical projects. Then, once you’ve mastered the fashion design and production techniques, you’ll advance to the high-tech equipment and software used in developing patterns.
