The average Cost of Attendance is compilation of standard expenses used to determine financial aid eligibility. Each year may change depending on the costs of items/services.
Cost of attendance are average costs for standard expenses used to determine financial aid eligibility. Honolulu Community College utilizes standard budgets that are updated annually by the University of Hawaii’s Office of the Vice President of Student Affairs. These budgets include tuition and fees, books and supplies, room and board, personal expenses, and transportation. Therefore, the cost of attendance reflects more than the items the student pays directly to the institution.
